The MURAL performs a progressive action of decontamination of airborne bacteria and mold present in the air of cold curing/drying rooms; improving the preservation of products. The MURAL is designed to fit into drying rooms designed for any type of drying, curing and maturation of hams, cured meat, duck breast, fish, etc.

With the MURAL, an improved maturation, aspect and quality of the meat is achieved. The treatment takes place by exploiting the constant forced air circulation, (due to the flow generated by the fan of the ventilation system), which pass next to the device and is decontaminated from microbes, before they enter into contact with the products inside the cold rooms. The device does not affect the normal aging of the product; as it avoids only the growth of unwanted microorganisms, i.e. bacteria and mold found in air.

The MURAL achieves a disinfection rate of 99% of bacteria such as Bacillus, Coli, Clostridium, Legionella, Vibrio, Salmonella, Pseudomonas, Staphylococcus, etc. in just a few minutes of operation.
